Sean Dirts and the Hidden City Book Sales Sweepstakes – August 21, 2026 – August 24, 2026

1.      Sponsor
Farever Media, LLC (the “Sponsor”), seandirts.com.

2.      Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3.      Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time and ends on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Mountain Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All times are Mountain Time. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

4.      How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by commenting the title of their favorite book from when they were a child on a designated Sweepstakes post by Sponsor on any of the following participating social-media platforms: Instagram: @donshirts, Facebook: @don.shirts.3, Threads: @donshirts, X: @donshirts, Tik Tok: @don.shirts.author

  • One (1) entry per person per participating platform for a valid comment.
  • Two (2) entries per person per participating platform if the entrant is also following Sponsor’s official account on that same platform at the time of the drawing.

 

Maximum of two (2) entries per person per platform. Entries on different platforms are separate. Comments must be publicly visible, must contain a book title, and must be made on the designated Sweepstakes announcement post(s) during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are incomplete, late, private, deleted, or do not comply with these Official Rules or the platform’s terms are void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, deleted comments, or platform algorithm changes.

5.      Prize
One (1) Grand Prize, awarded only if Sponsor verifies at least 200 books sold during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • Counted sales channels: Audible, Amazon, seandirts.com, and in-person sales (including farmers markets or other events), as recorded in Sponsor’s ordinary business records and receipts.
  • Prize amount: $100.00 cash (or check/PayPal/Venmo equivalent at Sponsor’s discretion) for every 200 books sold through the counted channels during the Sweepstakes Period.
  • Examples: Fewer than 200 verified books sold = $0 (no prize awarded); 200–399 verified books sold = $100; 400–599 verified books sold = $200; and so on.
  • The final prize amount will be calculated solely from Sponsor’s verified sales records and announced by Sponsor within approximately 48 hours after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
  • Approximate retail value of the prize depends on actual verified sales and cannot be determined in advance.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize.

6.      Winner Selection and Odds
On or about August 24–25, 2026 (only if the minimum 200 verified books threshold is met), Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received across all participating platforms. One (1) winner will be selected, regardless of the number of platforms used. If fewer than 200 verified books are sold, no drawing will occur and no prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (if a drawing occurs).

7.      Winner Notification and Claim
If a prize is to be awarded, the potential winner will be notified via direct message, comment reply, or email (if provided) within approximately 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and claim the prize within 7 days of notification and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and any tax forms (e.g., W-9). Failure to respond or complete required documents will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Prize will be awarded only if the verified sales threshold is met. Winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification.

8.      Publicity
By entering, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry comment for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

9.      General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the social-media platforms, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize. Sponsor’s determination of verified sales is final.

10.  Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok, Audible, Amazon, or any other platform or service. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to the platforms.

11.  Winner List
To request the name of the winner (available after any prize is awarded), fill out the Contact form on seandirts.com within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

12.  Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
